Our Director

Mr. Prasad Kant is well known name in construction field, a veteran who brings to the table strong 27+ years of thorough experience in building quality homes and offices. After completing civil engineering graduation from K. K. Wagh C. O. E. Nashik, Mr. Prasad Kant started his career with Tata Electric Company, Trombay. He played an instrumental role in execution of building construction project for Symbiosis School and College in Nashik. He is a Life Member of A. C. C. E. Nashik.

Backed with in depth technical knowledge in civil engineering and strong experience in construction field, he decided to venture into real estate business in his hometown Nashik. He has successfully completed 25 residential and commercial projects wherein he has ensured on time delivery and possession for more than 470 residential flats and 40 commercial shops. He started Vishvakarma Builder and Developers, an enterprise committed to high quality and delivering value to its clients.
